I am looking for information that compares Swedish health care to United States healthcare.
To find articles comparing health care in Sweden contrasted with the United States, it might be best to compare information found on the two countries in separate articles.
NOTE: For other countries, replace Sweden with your country of interest.
Here are several resources to try:
- For articles about Sweden's health care system, start at the library's website, www.baker.edu/library. Try the following databases in the Medical category. A good search would be Sweden and health care policy. Alternately, use the Advanced Search. In the first box, type in Sweden and change the search type from the drop-down menu to a Subject search. In the second box, try health care OR medical care.
- For websites:
- For additional information, go back to the Online Resources page. Click on the History/Geography/World Culture category. (Off-campus, you will need the 14-digit library number from your Baker ID or Contact Information page in SOLAR.):
- Try Gale Virtual Reference Library.
If you need further assistance, please contact your Campus Librarians. Thank you for using the ASK US service.
