Where can I find an article with many medical terms in it?
To find a medical journal with medical terms:
Start at the Library Home Page (Online Resources - Subject List)
Click on Medical. (Off-campus use the 14 digit Library Card number on ID Card or under contact information in SOLAR.)
Select one of these databases and click the box that limits to peer-reviewed journals to get the best results:
- Nursing and Allied Health Collection (InfoTrac) - Click on Advanced - Then Peer Reviewed Journals
- Nursing and Allied Health Source (Proquest)
Helpful hint: Once you have chosen a database, type in a medical topic that interests you such as a disease, treatment, or medication.
