I quoted an article from a magazine. What is the proper APA way to capitalize the title of the article in my reference section?

Article titles (and book titles) should be capitalized in the following manner:
- The first word of the title is capitalized
- Plus, the first word of any subtitle (after the colon)
- Also, all proper nouns should be capitalized (the name of a person or place)
- Everything else should be lowercase.
For example, an article in the databases with the title "How to Read Plato: Seven Easy Steps" would look like this on the References page:
...How to read Plato: Seven easy steps. ...
