Q. Where can I find information on Sealand?

I hear it's a tiny island nation in the British Isles, but it just sounds so bizarre. Does it really exist?

Answer

The island of Sealand does exist.  The Principality of Sealand website gives a history of the island, and there are several news stories that refer to the island (BBC).  You can search some of the library's Online Resources, such as General OneFile, for additional articles.  Use the phrase, "Principality of Sealand", to avoid articles about other things--there are a few companies with Sealand in their names.  Off-campus, you will need the 14-digit library number from your Baker ID or your Contact Information page in SOLAR.
