What are attendance and participation requirements?

General class attendance guidelines can be found on page 55 of the Student Handbook.
Online classes: Participation requirements mean posts in the discussions on Canvas. The Instructor will decide on the number of posts and perhaps the length of posts.
On-ground classes: The Instructor should list all of the required assignments and projects in the syllabus. If the class has something called "participation requirements" it should be outlined in the class documents or ask your Instructor.
