The citation of a radio interview will depend on how you accessed it.  

Example of a radio interview accessed on the Internet:

Raz, G. (2016, November 8).  Rockford, Ill., shuts off streetlights to save money [Interview].  Retrieved from http://www.npr.org/2016/11/08/142145523/rockford-ill-shuts-off-streetlights-to-save-money. 

In-text citation:

According to Corina Curry, "..." (Raz, 2016).

Example of an interview listened to on the radio:

Montagne, R. (Narrator). (2016, August 14). Disney releases a summer blockbuster [Radio broadcast episode]. In E. McDonnell (Producer), Morning Edition. Washington, DC: National Public Radio.
