Q. What do I do when trying to view the online resources alphabetical list and my computer says "navigation to the webpage was canceled"?
When you get an error message "Navigation is canceled" or "Page cannot be displayed", refresh the screen. Most of the time the page you are trying to access will display properly. If this does not work, clear cookies and cache, close the browser, relaunch and then try again. Page should load normally.
