How does an employee benefits strategy look?

I am in a Human Resources class and I am assigned to make a fake employee benefits strategy for our made up company. I don't know what this looks like and what is included in this strategy.

Answer

  • Retirement
  • Medical, Vision, Dental
  • Stock Shares in the Company
  • Company Car, Bonuses
  • Vacation time

In addition to deciding which fake benefits your fake employees will be getting, you should probably think about how the company is going to be able to afford the benefits you choose.
