Q. How do I cite a reference if the publication date is not known?

Cite a resource without a date by using (n.d.) to stand for "no date."

Web document: with author; no date

Reiter, P. (n.d.). Human ecology and human behavior: Climate change and health in perspective. Retrieved from http://www.csccc.info/reports/report_22.pdf

Paraphrase: (Reiter, n.d.). Quotation: (Reiter, n.d., para. 3)
