Q. Why won't a video from Films on Demand come up for me?

If you are attempting to watch a video through Films on Demand and nothing happens or you receive a Add-on message follow these steps.

If you receive a message that states: This website wants to run the following add-on: ‘DRM ActiveX Network Object’ from Microsoft Corporation’. If you trust the website and the add-on and want to allow it to run, click here…

Click on this message at the top. From the list of choices select the first option of Run Add-on, and next there may be a security pop up box, from this select the run button.

Once you have completed this process you should be able to view the Films on Demand video.
