Why are some articles only in abstract form? Can we get the whole article or does it cost money?

To get to full-text articles:
- Start at the Library Resources.
- Choose a subject area that matches your topic.
- When you choose a database, be sure the full text box is checked.
If you still find only an abstract, fill out a request form.
