Q. How do I cite a website with no author and no publication date?

Answer

If you cite a website that does not have an author, simply put the title first.

Example:

More tests needed before Ohio city gets water back. (2016, August 4). Retrieved from http://www.foxnews.com/us/2014/08/03/toledo-tells-residents-not-to-drink-water-due-to-presence-toxins/

If the website does not have a date then cite it using (n.d.) to stand for "no date."

Example:

Internet crime prevention tips. (n.d.) Retrieved from http://www.ic3.gov/preventiontips.aspx
