Q. I'm trying to access a article in the LexisNexis database but I keep getting a message that tells me "Academic institution authentication failed."

Answer

If you are using the Baker Library Search and are having difficulty viewing articles from LexisNexis, try creating an active session with LexisNexis Academic (Legal), then try the links in the Library Search.

If you continue to experience difficulties viewing the item, you can locate the article by its citation by searching for the publication in E-Journals A-Z, then accessing the article through the volume and issue number.
