Q. Where can I go to find information on how the food movement is changing the culinary industry?

What it was, what it is now, what it should be in the future

If you are looking for information on the food movement, you can try the keywords/topics.  Combine words and phrases with AND.

  • Food industry
  • Consumer behavior
  • Slow food movement
  • Local food
  • Green market

When searching for information, it helps to break down your topic into a few main ideas and search using just a few words or phrases at a time (combining with AND).  You will have to read through the material to discover how you think the movement is changing the industry.
