Q. How can I find information on the U.S. Judicial system and operation of the processes for legal dispute resolution in business?

Answer

To find information on the U.S. judicial system, look in the Gale Virtual Reference Library

To get to this database, start at the Online Resources page and click on Books/Ebooks.

If you are off-campus, use your 14 digit Library Number on your ID Card or the Login Assistance page in MyBaker.

For books or ebooks, check the Book Catalog.  Try a search for judicial process.

For articles, try a search such as dispute resolution in a Business database such as ABI/INFORM is now Proquest Business Collection
