Q. How can I find information on the U.S. Judicial system and operation of the processes for legal dispute resolution in business?

Answer

If you are looking for information on the U.S. judicial system, you can try the Gale Virtual Reference Library database.

To get to this database, start at the Online Resources page and click on Books/Ebooks. If you are off-campus, you will need to use your 14 digit Library Number, which can be found on your ID Card or on the Login Assistance page in MyBaker.

A search for business and legal dispute resolution brings up a in-depth entry about the Judicial Process from the International Encyclopedia of the Social Sciences.  Just "dispute resolution" also brings up a lot of entries that may help you.

For books or ebooks, check the Book Catalog.  Try a search for judicial process.

For articles, try a search such as dispute resolution in a Business database such as ABI/INFORM is now Proquest Business Collection
