Follow these steps to allow cookies in Internet Explorer: In newer versions of Explorer, click on the cog next to the Home and Favorites buttons in the right hand corner, then select Internet Options. Go to the Privacy tab and in the settings section, click on Advanced. Check the box for Override automatic cookie settings. Make sure your browser will accept both First and Third party cookies.
Follow these steps to allow cookies in Firefox: In newer versions of Firefox, click on the left-hand corner menu > Options > Options. Go to the Privacy tab. In the History section, set the drop-down menu next Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history. Check the boxes for Accept cookies from sites, then Accept third-party cookies for sites.
