Why can't I access the e-books?
I have tried to read the books on the e-book library, but it does not allow me to read them. It says if there is any issue to report it.

The problem could be one of many things. Here are some suggestions:
- Off-campus, you will need to log in with Baker's two-step authentication to access the library resources.
- Some e-books only let one person read it at a time. We have several different e-book vendors, and they all have different rules about access. If this is your case, check back in a while, and maybe the other person will be done with the e-book.
- Sometimes you need to clear the cookies and cache for your internet browser. Occasionally, something in the cookies or cache will prevent users from being able to access an e-book.
