Q. Every time I choose an article it does not allow me to see it.

I've gone to the search engine where I could search all the articles and books that pertain to my search all at once, but every time I chose something it tells me I have to have a library code to put in. I tried putting my library card number but that does not seem to do the trick. Is it that I'm going the wrong way?

The Search box on the Library homepage does search lots of resources.

Make sure you are selecting the View Online button when trying to open an article or ebook. Then click through the box that comes up as opposed to the title.

Make sure it says Full Text Available

There are 14 digits to the barcode so double check to make sure all the numbers are in the right order.  Also, you only need to put the barcode in and do not fill in the lower box.

If the full text for the article is not available look for a Request button to request  a copy to be sent to you.

Accessing the Library from it's homepage as opposed to through Blackboard will help.

Try a different browser if these do not work as well... Try Firefox or Chrome
