Q. I can't access any articles that do not require a password or a fee.
Just below the search bar in both of these databases is a check box for "to documents with full text" (in Academic OneFile) or "Full text" (in ProQuest). So long as that box is checked, you be able to view the entire article of all the items in the results list, either by clicking on the article's title, or by clicking on Full-text or Full text PDF (if available) just below the title link.
