In the example, they use IBISWorld as the author. Some of the reports, such as the industry report for In-Home Senior Care Franchises, have an author listed. Here's how you would cite that report:
Windle, S. (2013, August). In-home senior care franchises (US Specialized Industry Report OD5597). IBISWorld Industry Market Research.
Your in-text citation would need to include the author's last name and the year, such as (Windel, 2013).
