Q. Where can I find an article with medical terms in it?
To find a medical journal with medical terms:
Start at the Online Resources page.
Click on Health Sciences.
(Off-campus use the 14 digit Library Card number on ID Card or on the Login Assistance page in MyBaker.)
Select one of these databases and click the box that limits to peer-reviewed journals to get the best results:
- Nursing and Allied Health Collection (InfoTrac) - Click on Advanced - Then Peer Reviewed Journals
- Nursing and Allied Health Source (Proquest)
Helpful hint: Once you have chosen a database, type in a medical topic that interests you such as a disease, treatment, or medication.
