To see how to cite more than 40 words:
- Visit the APA Help guide
- Click Citing Sources in the Text (In-Text Citations) 6th edition
- On the second page, there is a section called: Citing Long Quotations.
Citing Long Quotations will show you examples of what your paper should look like when you have a quotation that is more than 40 words.
