Q. If I have 3 articles have the same title, how do I cite them in APA? Do I use letters, a,b,c?

Answer

When three articles have the same title:

If the authors are different then there is no problem because in APA you cite the author when you cite the title of the article.

If they have the same author use the publication date.

If multiple articles have the same author and the same publication date then you would use the a, b, c after the publication date  (2017a).

If they have editors use their names.
