Q. How do I save an article link from the database?

Answer

If you want to save or share an article, be sure to use the correct URL:

For EBSCO databases (Baker Library Search, OmniFile Full Text Select, CINAHL, Business Source Complete, etc.) on the right side of the screen, select Permalink:

A link will appear at the top that will take you directly to the item if you save it in a Word document, email, etc.:

In Gale/InfoTrac databases (Academic OneFile, Gale Virtual Reference Library, General OneFile, et al.) use the link at the bottom of the page in the Source Citation box (but ignore the citation!):

For ProQuest databases, just use the URL!

When you bookmark an article, you will be prompted to enter your 14-digit library number when you access it again.
