What are the expectations on studying for a course? How many hours should you study for a 4 credit class?
Answer
The general rule for studying for course weekly is:
- 2 hours per hour in class for an easy course
- 3 hours per hour in class for an average course
- 4 hours per hour in class for a difficult course
You would need to determine the difficulty of your class. The instructor may tell you on the first day of class. If not, you could ask them.
