If you are having problems accessing the databases or other websites, it could be because of a number of reasons. Try following the directions in the document below.
One possible reason for your access problems could be because of your browser. Try switching browsers. If you're using Firefox try switching to Internet Edge or Google Chrome. The Chrome browser seems to have very few problems with accessing most websites.
