I'm trying to access an e-book, but the book doesn't open.

When I click on it, nothing happens.

If you're having problems accessing e-books, it could be due to of a number of reasons.

  • One possible reason for your access problems could be because of your browser.
  • Sometimes upgrading to the latest version of FireFox or Chrome will work.
