Q. After logging into my "library" page, I cannot view the articles I want to see. What am I not doing correctly?

Be sure the Full Text box is checked when you search the databases from the Online Resources.  This will give you a list of articles, all of which would have full-text online.

Only about 60% of a database will give you full-text articles. The rest will be just citation and abstract. It might be that the article you picked belonged to that 40% category and did not give you the full-text article. You can check the E-Journals A-Z link on the database page to see if another database in our collection offers full-text of the article chosen. If this does not work either, submit a request using the online request form. We'll supply the full article from our in-house collection or get it from another agency.

If you get a box on the page and are asked to enter a library number, enter the 14 digit number from your student ID -- it starts with 235... and you will get access to the article if it is available.

If after reading and taking the steps in this answer you need further help, please contact your Campus Library/ARC and someone will be able to work with you individually.
