Q. Where can I find information on business intelligence tools?

If you are looking for information on what are some good business intelligence tools, your best bet will be to look for reviews of specific tools on the internet to decide which one(s) you want to use.

If you are looking to find some tools to use, there are some of these software programs that are open source and you should be able to use them for free. Wikipedia actually has a list of some of the free open source tools that you may find useful (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Business_intelligence_tools).

For additional research about some of these tools, you may want to search the Baker business databases such as Business Source Complete (EBSCO) or Business Insights: Global (Gale) for either business intelligence tools or for the name of a specific one.
