Can a quote be put in a conclusion?

Consider the following questions to decide if a quote will work well in the conclusion:
--Is the quote further evidence for the argument?
If so, then it might belong in the body of the paper.
--Is it an interesting and attention-grabbing quote that is more for style than for evidence?
Perhaps it would be better suited to the introduction rather than the conclusion.
There is not a clear cut Yes or No answer, however, two online example APA papers do not show a quote in the conclusion:
