How do I cite lists?

The APA blog has some instructions for citing a block quote, which is a type of list.
Example:
The best method for baking a pie is:
- Make homemade pie crust, since it is not as hard as it sounds.
- Use either fresh or frozen berries, but be sure to thaw the berries before making the filling.
- Real sugar is a necessity to get the correct flavor.
- Adding a touch of lemon juice to the filling will make it pop.
- Wrapping the edges in foil and only removing the foil for the last twenty minutes of baking will ensure the edges do not burn. (Betts, 2019, p. 9)
