How do I print a PowerPoint presentation with speaker notes?

Answer

To print a PowerPoint with speaker notes:

  1. Go to File and select Print.
  2. Go to the drop-down menu for Full Page Slides. 
  3. Select Notes Pages.
  4. Click Print.
